If our regular clients appreciate the faultless service inside the restaurant round a tatin d'endives à la tomme de chêvre (endive upside-down tart with goat’s cheese) or spiced Lozère lamb, our occasional customers will not miss the chance to taste the famous lamb sweetbread croustade with cream of confit garlic - a celebrated speciality of the house - served on the terrace of the small enclosed garden.
The desserts are just as delicious and what is there to say of the chocolate and walnut gâteau accompanied by its vanilla ice cream with its very own chocolate sauce (prepared by our own hands - naturally!).

All the flavours of the region, able to excite the most experienced taste buds, are available for your delectation, in a warm and cosy atmosphere, worthily preserving the quality and charm of an art de vivre in Caussenarde colours.
The restaurant is recognised by the gourmet guides: Gault et Millau, Michelin, Bottin Gourmand and has the label Restaurateurs de France.
The Manoir has 2 restaurant rooms able to seat between 30 and 40 persons.
